For networks using Firewalls, Proxies, or Content Filtering.
If your network uses a firewall to control web traffic or content filtering, your network administrator or school technician will need to whitelist the domains for Reading Plus®. This is to ensure that filtering and caching services are not filtering the Reading Plus® website out, which can affect the program’s performance and presentation quality.
If you can whitelist a wildcard domain, use: *.readingplus.com and *.digicert.com
If not a wildcard domain then you must specify using Fully Qualified Domain Names (FQDNs), please whitelist:
If you are running the program through a proxy server, and you are experiencing issues with freezing and loading, we highly recommend whitelisting Reading Plus (see above).
You may try to remove the proxy permanently or just temporarily to identify the problem.
